c# back up program ? :S

[C# Programming]

hey , i am new to c# , with a bit of experience and i am wondering how i would go about making a back up program, such as syncing one folder with another.... For example; copying new data in folder 1 to folder 2 ... how would i go about making this ? and if you could direct me to a useful tutorial or tell me some of the code i would be very happy http://www.barakasoft.com/script/Forums/Images/smiley_biggrin.gif thanks !!!
