I need functions to get following directories - except SHGetSpecialFolderPath() or SHGetFolderPath(), because they don't work well on win98 and win2k.
typical directories are:
1. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
2. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop
3. C:\Program Files
