Ad insertion technique

[C# Programming]

I want to know that if we want to insert a second video while playing first video (eg. a news strip while broadcasting video seen in the channels). How would i do that?

There are two type of ads.
1) Strip scrolling at the bottom of screen
2) L shaped ad.

Any help will be appreciated...
