1. Excellent Technical Knowledge (MS Windows, MS Office )
2. Aware with the Network Environment
3. Customer Service
4. Team Work Player
5. Ability to work Shifts , and night Shifts
6. Troubleshooter
7. Good Command of English.
8. Excellent Customer Service skills.
9. Strong problem solving skills.
