Draw a rectangle on picture box and crop that rectangle from picture box

Hi all,
I m making a window application in which I want to make a rectangle/circle on picture box on crop that portion from picture box and this will we perform through the mouse event and also we can move that circle/rectangle at any position, can anyone provide me source code for that. Plz it’s very urgent.
