Calculate the date of the previous and next 2 Wednesdays

Hi,

I am trying to work out the dates for the previous and next 2 Wednesdays and I just cannot work out how to do it...

So, for example, say today is 09/16/2013

I am trying to get

09/04/2013, 09/11/2013, 09/18/2013, 09/25/2013

I just cannot think what the way to do this is....

Can anyone help please?
