Generic Host Process for win32 services has encountered a problem

It is definetly a malware named NUCRP-4. It was driving me crazy and somehow it was able to fool or slip by my Pc-Cillin anti-virus software. The way I was able to fix it was.

a) Disable your anti-virus/spyware software by exiting the program.

b) go to Trend Micro web site. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

c) Scan Now using "House Call" (House Call is their on-line virus/grayware/spyware/malware/update scanner- and it's FREE.

d) allow it to scan your computer and it will detect the malware. Make sure to click the boxes to have any malware/grayware/spyware cleaned from your machine.

After your, done reboot and then scan with your anti virus/spyware, it will now detect residule files of the malware and quarantine/delete them.

Reboot again and disable your anti-virus/spyware software and proceed to the microsoft automatic update website and do an up-date.
