I need C# ( or any good ******** for windows mobile ) source code for a full-duplex real-time point-to-point voice chat/intercom program to operate over a LAN. I need to be able to connect any two windows mobiles via IP so that the mobile users can converse in real-time . It needs to be full-duplex, i.e., no push-to-talk and should not require a server. It should have excellent voice quality and very low latency. WITHOUT access internet ..
