End Google Ads 201810 - BS.net 01 --> I had a BHO build in vs2005 c#?

On some Pc's it is running well, on some PC's it is not doing well.

What I'm missing. I think I'm missing some dependency

But what/where I'm doing wrong I don't know.
Please suggest something to get out of this.
