How to put Text to speech output into a Direct sound 3d buffer

End Google Ads 201810 - BS.net 01 --> SAPI 4 has a sample in Visual C++ 6.0, a demo program called multivce (tts to direct sound) that enable the speech output to be in 3d, so that the speech output can be sent to different speakers. Can this be done using C# ? If it can please tell me how.
