GMail - Can you Trace !

Hi all,

Is there any way to track the GMAIL input values, while COMPOSSING the Mail.

i am trying like bellow but i could not get:

i am trying to take To,CC,BCC,Subject values while sending mail,
Can some one suggest me how to go with...
